About this event

Exploring Your Shadows

During the Shadow Work weekend, we will explore shadow and light through group exercises, visualizations, and you will have an opportunity to do an individual process to:

  • Identify and claim old patterns that are under the radar in your life
  • Shift the old patterns of behavior that no longer serve you
  • Transform anger into power
  • Transmute grief into a deep connection with yourself and others
  • Turn fear into insight and understanding
  • Find compassion, empathy, and acceptance.

This co-gender, non-residential seminar offers you an opportunity to work with your shadow, dark, and light, to reclaim disowned gifts and talents.

If you have a primary partner, you may find that attending together will strengthen your relationship.

During the weekend, you will experience a series of processes carefully designed to help with accessing the full range of emotions. You may choose to work on a specific issue in the presence of the group. This provides an opportunity to explore and deal with a life issue with the help of skilled facilitators and the support of the group. Throughout the weekend, your intention guides your process. Using Shadow Work tools, the facilitators help you to symbolically reconstruct your issue so the shadow can be viewed objectively. They suggest perspectives and offer powerful techniques for reclaiming the energy in the shadow.

You can also be a part of the Shadow Work experience without working your own issue individually in the center of the group. As you watch, and support work done by others, you will share in the transformation of shadows similar to your own as well as increase your capacity for compassion, empathy, and acceptance.

This workshop is for you if you’d like to:

–Boost Your Confidence and Empower Your Voice: Unleash your true potential by embracing and harnessing the power of all your emotions, including joy, fear, sadness, and anger, as catalysts for growth.

–Transform Challenging Situations and Relationships: Give your body an experiential “redo” so that you can shift your role in challenging situations and relationships that no longer serve you. Break free from unproductive, painful, or harmful patterns to foster healthier dynamics in your life.

–Break Free from Stagnation: If you feel stuck in life, our workshop offers tools to help break through barriers and unlock your full potential.

–Deepen Self-Understanding and Harness Life Force Energy: Dig into self-discovery and unlock the full potential of your life force energy, allowing you to engage in life to its fullest extent.

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together as we embark on a path of shadow exploration and personal growth! Join us for an empowering experience that will leave you inspired and energized. Yay!!
