Step Into the Light of Your Shadow, and Fall in Love with Who You Truly Are

You may feel the pull to make a change, yet something keeps looping you back into the same patterns.

Shadow Work® is a safe, powerful way to meet those parts of yourself that hold you back, and to reclaim the gifts hidden within them.

Most people arrive with a mix of curiosity and fear. Everyone leaves more connected, more alive, and more in love with themselves than they imagined possible.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of this weekend, most participants feel lighter, clearer, more grounded, and empowered to move forward in life.

You may recognize patterns like overworking, withdrawing when conflict arises, or caring for everyone else before yourself. These are not flaws, they’re protective strategies formed long ago.
During the weekend, you’ll have the chance to meet these parts of yourself with compassion, and to transform them into strength, insight, and love.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Recognize and transform old patterns that keep you stuck – like procrastination, people-pleasing, or always putting others’ needs before your own.
Reclaim your power by transforming anger into clear strength – learning to set boundaries without guilt or explosion.
Open your heart by transforming grief into connection – turning loss into deeper compassion and self-acceptance.
Turn fear into insight and understanding – discovering what your fear has been trying to protect you from.
Cultivate compassion, empathy, and self-acceptance – especially for the parts of you you’ve judged or rejected.

This co-gender, non-residential seminar invites you to work with both shadow and light, reclaiming your disowned gifts and talents and stepping into your full aliveness.

Safety and Support

We know this kind of work can feel intimidating. That’s why safety is our first priority.
Every exercise is optional, and nothing happens without your consent.

Our facilitators are trained to create a non-judgmental space where you can go as deep as you choose, and stop whenever you need to.

Most participants describe it as one of the safest, most supportive environments they’ve ever experienced.

What to Expect

During this transformational weekend, you’ll explore shadow and light through powerful group experiences, guided visualizations, and, if you choose, your own individual Shadow Work® process in the center of the group.

Each participant’s process is gently guided by skilled facilitators, with the support of the group. Whether you work on your own issue or witness others, the weekend becomes a living laboratory for compassion, courage, and growth.

Throughout your process, your intention leads the way. Using Shadow Work® tools, we symbolically reconstruct your issue so that it can be seen with clarity and compassion, allowing you to reclaim the energy that has been hidden in shadow.

If you have a primary partner, attending together can also strengthen your relationship.

This Workshop Is for You If You’re Ready To:

Boost your confidence and empower your voice. Reclaim the full range of your emotions, joy, fear, sadness, anger, as allies for growth.
Transform challenging relationships. Shift your role in old dynamics and create healthier, more authentic connections.
Break free from stagnation. Move beyond the patterns that keep you small and rediscover your natural flow and vitality.
Deepen your self-understanding. Tap into your life-force energy and meet life with presence and choice.

Frequently asked questions

I’m a bit nervous, is that normal?
Absolutely. Almost everyone feels nervous before their first Shadow Work® weekend. That fear is part of what makes the transformation so powerful. We’ll meet you exactly where you are, with compassion, respect, and skill, so you can move at your own pace.

Do I have to share my story in front of everyone?
Not at all. You choose how much or how little you share. Every part of the weekend is optional, and you’ll never be pressured to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you. Whether you work in the center or witness others, you’ll be part of a powerful, safe, and supportive process.

Why do you not have a payment link on your website?
Because Shadow Work® is deep, personal work, we speak with every participant before registration. This ensures the weekend is a good fit for you, and allows us to begin building connection right from the start.

What time should I arrive on Friday? And what time will we end on Sunday?
Please arrive between 5:30 – 5:45 pm on Friday to settle in. We begin promptly at 6 pm and finish by 5 pm on Sunday. Please plan to be present for the entire weekend.

What airport is nearby?
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is the nearest airport.

Are food and lodging included?
You are responsible for your own food and lodging. We provide healthy snacks, coffee, tea, and water throughout the weekend and can help connect you with others for shared lodging.

Can I just show up?
No. Pre-registration and a brief call with one of the facilitators are required. We want to make sure this work is the right fit for you before you register.
