Do I need experience with Yoga Nidra or meditation?
Not at all. I’ll guide you step by step. Many participants are complete beginners.

What if I can’t attend live?
Every session is recorded. You can listen anytime that fits your rhythm.

How much time should I set aside?
Plan for the 60-minute weekly call plus 20–30 minutes a day for meditation (optional but life-changing).

What if I’m already overwhelmed, can I handle this?
Yes. Yoga Nidra requires no effort. You simply lie down and listen. It gives you time back by restoring focus, energy, and calm.
