HA – Breathing
The Ha Breath is a powerful breathing exercise to activate the warrior within you and release energy. It welcomes masculine energy (step 1) and feminine energy (step 2) and then unites the two (step 3), bringing you to a state of oneness. It is a tool to actively release overwhelm and come back to a peaceful state.
Step One

Begin in a standing position. Lift your hands straight over your head and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Squat down and pull your hands into your belly like you’re scooping energy from the sky (masculine energy). As you squat, shout “Ha!”

Return to standing. Repeat three times or more, until you feel complete.

Take one minute to feel the vibratory impact on your body and mind.
Step Two

Begin in a standing position with your arms at your sides. Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Squat down and pull your hands up to your belly as if you’re scooping energy from the earth (feminine energy). As you squat, shout “Ha!”

Return to standing. Repeat three times or more, until you feel complete.

Take one minute to feel the vibratory impact on your body and mind.
Step Three

Begin in a standing position with your arms at your sides. Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Squat down with your hands forward, and bring them into your belly (uniting masculine and feminine energy) Shout “Ha!” as you bring your hands in.

Return to standing. Repeat three times or more, until you feel complete.
